EASTER!

Sadly I have nothing important to post about Easter other than the day was beautiful and the dresses were adorable:)

I feel so blessed to have had the chance to spend some time with my sister this last week. She has lived in Virgina and around Washington DC for 10 years, and even though she comes home every so often I have only been back there one other time before now. We had a lot of fun seeing all the sights and just hangin out. We spent a day at Gettysburg and a day seeing all the memorials and Smithsonian museums in the down town area. We went out to the National Air and Space Museum. The country back there is amazing, it's miles and miles of rolling green hills with some of the most amazing homes you have ever seen. I missed my kids like crazy but dad always seems to find something fun for them to do when mom's not home.

What a weekend!

We had such an amazing weekend and the only strange part was that I spent it with my mom and grandma and Jason spent it with the kids. He has wanted to take the girls to Lehman Caves for a while and I have wanted to go to St. George for a while, so thanks to my very favorite aunt Shawna I took my mom and grandma to St. George and Jason took the kids to the cave. We had so much fun, the weather was nice and we spent a lot of time shopping, eating, and laughing! Jason said the weather was a little cold but the kids behaved themselves and really enjoyed the cave. Maybe next time we can go as a family but we sure had a lot of fun!!

daddy's happiest place on earth

Cabelas; the store with everything every man could possibly ever need. We don't go often partly because it's usually so busy and partly because dad would bankrupt us if we went more frequently. This time however it was not to crowded and we left with only a hat and some licorice? The kids had a bawl checkin out all the fish and different animals. I tell Jason all the time if we ever win the lottery he has first dibs on the shopping spree:)

Jr Jazz

Other than the 8 o'clock games on Saturday mornings (really who thinks that's ok?)I have enjoyed the girls playing Jr Jazz. Brooklyn has really gotten much better and seems to really be enjoying it. Her team won their game last Saturday and now play again this Friday, if they win they play again Saturday in the "finals". Halle and Shelby have also learned a lot, however, they don't have any desire to play again. They were the only girls on their team and I think that made it a little harder. But they had amazing coaches for both teams. I really admire and appreciate these guys who have volunteered their time and have crazy patience. I am a little sad that it's over.

BFF's

Cassidy has this little friend Sammy that she talks about all the time, she tells me how they are best friends, and loves to go to church cuz she knows she will be there. So she was over playing the other day and they put on these princess dresses and of course wanted pictures. It's funny because they look an awful lot alike and are two of the cutest little princesses I've ever seen.

The end result.

After almost two years and many many cankers, the train tracks (Sheramys words) are gone. I am so glad not to have to spend 20 min after each meal picking food out of my teeth. So here is the before and after.

Cass finally got her first hair cut. Mom had to give up on the long flowing mane for the time being. I have two friends who's little girls are the same age as Cassidy, and they have this thick beautiful hair down to their butts. Anyway I think it will just take a little longer for her hair to be healthy and long, and doesn't she look so cute with the little bob anyway.
I mentioned before that I got my braces off and I absolutely love it. If anyone in the area is looking for a good orthodontist try Dr. Horsley at Vine St Dental, he is the best!
